We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the foils and paper industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills to drive our sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales and marketing team.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the Indian market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
